The Free plan includes 1 data source connection (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Excel), up to 3 dashboards, basic AI query builder with limited performance, basic charts, 10 queries per month, and email support. It's perfect for individuals and small teams getting started with data analytics.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll retain access to your current plan features until then.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. For annual plans, we also accept bank transfers and wire payments. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of the Paid plan with no credit card required. You'll have full access to all premium features including unlimited dashboards, advanced AI models, all chart types, dashboard embedding, and priority support. After the trial, you can choose to continue with the Paid plan or switch to the Free plan.

Your data remains secure and accessible even after cancellation. You can export all your dashboards, queries, and visualizations at any time. If you cancel the Paid plan, you'll automatically be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data and dashboards remain intact, though some features may become limited based on the Free plan restrictions. We retain your data for 90 days after account deletion, giving you time to reconsider or export your information.
