Services

Cognidash AI provides a SaaS platform allowing clients to connect data sources (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Excel sheets), generate tables, dashboards, charts, and graphs, and embed them on websites. Our AI-based query builder enables natural language prompts to create visualizations.

Subscription and Billing

  • Service is offered at $20 per month.
  • Payments are accepted via credit card and auto-renew monthly until canceled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; future billing will stop, but past payments are non-refundable.

User Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of the data they upload or connect.
  • Clients must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Redistribute dashboards, charts, or other outputs without permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or harm the platform or its infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Cognidash AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including errors in data visualization, interpretation, or embedded dashboards.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
