Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This refund window applies to:

• First-time purchases of any subscription plan
• Upgrades from a free plan to a paid plan
• Annual subscription purchases

To request a refund within this period, please contact our support team at support@cognidash.org with your order number and email address used for the purchase.

For recurring subscription renewals (monthly or annual), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Once canceled, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@cognidash.org
2. Provide your order number and the email address used for purchase
3. Include a brief reason for your refund request
4. We will process your request within 3-5 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@cognidash.org. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 14-day refund window. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
